What is the purpose of the VIP store? And where did I get it?

The VIP store is a pay to use add on that allows you to gain extra items and buffs in the game. You get points for spending in the shop for various rewards however you have to unlock the shop first and this can only be done by buying VIP badges with real money.
You can use the preview option to see what benefits you will be able to get if you unlock it.
