If your game was bound to an external account (e.g. IM30) and you have lost the details then these are some instructions on contacting the developers here : https://www.appgamer.com/last-shelter-survival/strategy-guide/how-to-reset-your-password-for-im30-accounts

If you did not bind the account then there is now way to retrieve it.
