So I was promoting lvl 4 vehicles to lvl 5. Now it is not letting me promote them anymore. I have enough resources, the research to do so since I was doing it earlier in the day. It just stopped letting me promote. Is there a cap on how many troops/vehicles you can promote in a day or did I hit a glitch or a bug some how?
