How do you complete daily task kill zombie in the city?

Every day there will appear a small number of zombies wandering inside the city (inside the fences). Tap on the to kill them. You can get (not always) a small reward of rss or diamonds from each one.

They could be anywhere in our city. Check around the buildings and by the fence etc. There will be people walking and also a few zombies. Once you kill the ones that are there you may need to wait a while before more appear.

I used to be able to eradicate them by simply clicking on them (zombies), but now, nothing happens when I click on them? I even upgraded my tower, but still nothing happens to these zombies when clicked. What's going on?

I already kill zombie in my city but why doesnt it add up on my accomplished task
