Where to buy a change avatar?

The item to change avatar is usually available in certain packages for sale in the shop. The simplest way to get one though is to go to your Commander Info option in the Settings menu and tap the small circle arrow below your current avatar which takes you to the option to change it. If you don't currently have a change avatar item then there should be an option here to buy one.
