How many Barracks can I build at level 7 town?

Question Posted by Guest on Oct 23rd 2018

I can only build 2 but I am pretty sure that when I upgraded from 6 to 7 it said that new buildings are Military Factory and Barracks (the 3rd one), but I can't build it. Thanks
