if anyone reading this knows exactly what resources to put into the clone labs to get cloning material then can they please post a complete list of all items needed to get cloning material thanks because we would all like to know how to use this in game item to enhance the game.

Cloning takes normal resources to clone back up to 30% of your lost troops. After that you need 'Clone samples'. This is a pay for only item that you can only buy with money.

It is cheaper and easier to train more troops in general.
