You just have to upgrade your capacity of troops in your apc

I don't understand. I attack players that show from scouting literally like 1.5 million resources available for plunder. My APC has a load of 300k + but when I attack they loot like...maybe 65k. Whats the deal? Ive been attacked by forces similar to my own and they looted everything down to my protected resource level

The enemy you are attacking may have depot protection which will safeguard a set level of their resources. Farmer class has its own and the alliance tech can also provide protection.

Same issue with my farm. And it’s not the depot protection.
I’ve 20M rss in the farm, and I hit with a 1.5M capacity APC and only plundered 400k...
