My defence durability isn't repairing itself (says 0 per second). What do I need to do to make it repair..

My defence durability isn't repairing itself (says 0 per second). What do I need to do to make it repair, apart from spending diamonds?

I don’t know if you have figured this out by now, but if you give it some time it will eventually start repairing itself until your durability is full again.
