Non-aggression policy or no attack policy.
An agreement between certain alliances, or a set of defined alliances (eg top 10 in a state) that they won't attack each other.

If your alliance has a NAP (Non Aggression Pact) with top 10 or 15, you can see which Alliances are included in there from their Rank.
Pay attention that in this last case, also the Farms of these alliances are covered by the NAP. Generally before attacking.

NAP is just an agreement amongst alliance leaders. Ask your alliance or in the state chat what the NAP agreement is for your state. If it's top x number of alliances then you can check in the settings menu under 'Rankings' -> 'Alliance Power Rankings' to see the top Alliances in your state. Add your answer
