I wanna increase base power how can I accomplish this?

Base power depends on the level of your base building (the main building) Upgrade it to gain power. If you mean your overall power level, this is from the power of all of your buildings, plus the research completed and the number and level of your trained troops. All activities to add troops or upgrade buildings and research will add to your power.
