I make full stock of food and water, tha game said i have for 2:45 hours. What happens if food and water is empty? Because if I go to vet, you can count 8 hours, that makes more than 5 hours with empty stock. What will happen in the game when I am "Afk" for long time? I don't want to get up when sleeping every 2 hours ...

When you run out of food or water at the Ration Truck the effect is that your population will reduce. This will possibly also cause your money earning to reduce as well. So you will earn less.
It is not a big problem though. When you add more food and water the population will quickly return and everything will return to normal.
You should be able to upgrade your ration truck though which will give more capacity.
