How does the durability of my 2nd base go back up?

How does the durability of my 2nd base go back up? I attack my second base on my main base and I’ve forced it to move by reducing its durability to zero. Do I simply have to wait? Or is there something else I can do?

There's a standard 2x2, block style building just called "Garrison". When you tap on it, you should have four options: Details, Upgrade, Durability and Upgrade.

Once your cities durability has been weakened, use the "durability" function to increase it again. Last time I used it, it was 20 durability and a 30 minute cooldown for free, you may have to use gems now - that's something you'll have to check.
