How to enhance vehicles?

Enhancement is a research item that you need to unlock. In the vehicle training research tree about half way down is the item for this 'Vehicle Enhancement' once you have researched this you can perform the enhancement action in the Command Center.

Enhancing increases the attack and defense of the troop.

For example: T8 vehicles have attack/defense of 67/47. Enhanced T8 are 73/49.

Enhanced troops can also be healed faster.
