When I try to open the alliance store, it says I cannot perform this alliance action in my current..

When I try to open the alliance store, it says I cannot perform this alliance action in my current state. I am in the same state as my commander but I also cannot use the alliance teleport it just stays red no matter where ever I try to place it.

You may not have enough rank in your alliance. If you an R1 then you really can't do anything. Ask alliance to increase your rank to see if that helps
