How to use clone lab? Can you please give us the step by step? thanks.

This took some time for me to figure out. Only certain days the clone lab is working. Monday for me is when I can give my resources to build troops there. I give food, fuel ECT. And then you have to wait a few days and you will get a letter saying how many soilder you cloned. Not used for quick heals
