After a recent update to last shelter survival I have not been able to access my im30 account I've sent several emails giving details of my whereabouts in the game and my game name but as yet have had no replies or offers to help me

Have you forgotten the password or is it just not working?

Unfortunately we have had a lot of similar stories. There is no way at the moment to access the IM30 accounts outside the game. And as you said no response from the developers on it.

Please update us if you get any response.

Since the last update I cannot open the game last shelter survival it been download 70% or 99% then talk me out of the game I don't know why I didn't forget anything I am using iPhone could someone here help me ..........
