Can you attack doomsday plots if your in a doomsday war and you don’t have a land lease?

Plots in the doomsday war are the same as regular plats in your home state. You need to have an adjacent plot first. When a war starts your alliance will place a rally point in the enemy location first and you can build plots from that point and move on from there. Once you start occupying plots you can move towards enemy plots and attack them.
