I donate and have purchase items from the Alliance Store. There have been times when I get the message -- insufficient permission purchase mean?

There are 2 sections in the alliance store. Seen at the top. The store itself where members can buy items to use, and the item list section where R4 and R5 members can select items to place into the store. If you are in the item list side and you are not R4/5 then it will tell you no permissions as you said. Switch to the store at the top.

I'm still looking for this answer!
Trading with an alliance member my main account rather than attacking, my main account doesn't have this problem transferring, however, my farm account does Say insignificant permission. When trading.
I'm trying to see if it's better. To level up each building, reducing tax rate and increasing troop load along with a couple other things if, if it's worth trading rather than attacking.
