How do you add “Farmer” to Bountilful Harvest to get access and production? It indicates I need to add “Farmer” to gain access

Bountiful harvest is available from the Production center building which is a farmer class building. You have to be a Farmer to use the building. Change class in the base to 'Farmer' then you can use the bountiful harvest.
