Why can't I receive messages?

Sounds like a problem with your game as there doesn't seem to be a problem generally. You should probably check with the developers to see if there is something they can fix. Use the in game help.

You could try reinstalling the game, but make sure you have bound your game to an IM30, google play or facebook account first so that you can retrieve your progress. Otherwise you will lose everything.
