I have had some blueprints as part of the daily task rewards. In the quests menu where you earn wages for points up to 500 each day. At least one of the boxes that you can open has blueprints in it.

New building called School of Architecture lets you buy cosmetic items like trees and building skins to change the look of your city.

Dont buy landscape, Its a lie You pay with blueprints, they take diamonds from your account

What's the benefits of Landscape?

No benefit. It just has some items to place in your city like trees to change the look. And a skin to change the look of your base building

You cannot purchase them. you have to earn them by completing the daily tasks in the quest menu.
