I bought a custom avatar and i didnt recieve it i went to mail and there is nothing there they tell me to press avatar settings options clear cache
But how do i do this there is no options to press settings

Click on star.... then 3 dots up top from there I forget...lol but explore around you'll find it when you can turn on and off sound and music.... it's simple bro... don't sweat it
