Alliance Help question: When I request Alliance Help my help always shows 0/0 even though others are attempting to help. I can help others but not receive it. My base is still at level 4 at the moment and I've cleared the cache. Any ideas?

If you are a builder you may have activated the increase building speed card which blocks receiving help
