Alliance Help question: When I request Alliance Help my help always shows 0/0 even though others..

Alliance Help question: When I request Alliance Help my help always shows 0/0 even though others are attempting to help. I can help others but not receive it. My base is still at level 4 at the moment and I've cleared the cache. Any ideas?

If you are a builder you may have activated the increase building speed card which blocks receiving help

Maybe your alliance members are not active in tapping the help icon or the players are inactive or few..
