How can I retrieve my account When my phone has damage and I reinstall again but my old account is..

I have an account bound to my facebook and I got the diamond gift, but when I switched devices and installed the game again, it told me my facebook is not bound. So I'm trying to reach the developers, but their customer service is pretty slow, to help me get back my account which has progress and money in it.

Get back in the game and tap the 3 dots at the top of the expanded menu on the right. This will take you to the settings menu. Select the account option. Here you can switch account to log back in with your old details.
