How can I add troops directly to a specific garrison?

How can I add troops directly to a specific garrison? For example, if I wanted to add more shooting troops to Class APC and not Turtle I or II.

You check the APCs in the garrison, to turn them on so that they are active in your defense. Whatever is in that APC is used in the garrison, you can't make custom APC setups for that. In level 25 you will unlock the defense APC and you can customize that just for defense.
