I went back to my game. Went to the military intel building and did not find the virtue shop. What should I do?

The shop seems to only appear during active CoZ weeks. If you are currently in a CoZ 'Warm Up' week then the shop doesn't appear. Not sure why.AppGamer Answered:
Virtue is a currency that you can use to buy items from the virtue shop. This shop is found in the Military Intel building. This is the recently added building with the blue glowing sphere that gives news on alliance battles etc.
The stock that you can buy includes speed ups and teleports.
