How to reset your password on the IM30 account?

The only possibility that I have found is to delete the FB account on LSS, then lock it on another FB profile and give this to the new user

There isn't an option to reset a password in game. At the moment I can't find a way to access the IM30 accounts online outside of the game. I can only suggest trying to contact the developers as they should know the best way.
