Each APC research section has items to research to increase marching speed by small amounts. You can also research NOS which allows you to use on off speed ups on any individual March to make it much faster. These cost diamonds though.

Go to vehicle training research and upgrade your vehicles’s suspension systems. APCs also march faster by placing vehicles in all sections of your APC.
