How to get stone blocks?

Thank you

For what are the stone blocks?

For Farmer types, they can build resouces outside the base.

I can't find it under alliance store. Which level base I must have?

If its not available then you have to ask the leader / R4 members to put some in the store for you. They can stock items in the store, it has to be restocked when it runs out.

You have an awesome site here! Very informative. Thank you!
