Why is my bank showing negative income ?

Banks require a steady electricity supply and a set amount of population to run at 100% efficiency. If you don't have these it will affect the income. Check the Money menu by tapping the Money tab at the top of the screen and then the triangle next to the 'Efficiency' information to see if it tells you what the problem may be.
