Are the costs for researching Fighter Promotion II accurate?

Are the costs for researching Fighter Promotion II accurate? Most techs require a few thousand of each resource ... Fighter Promotion II requires over 100,000 of three different resources (and almost 200,000 of one of those). All of the follow-on techs only require a few thousand of each resource again.

Not sure on this one. It could be that that particular item has a bugged requirement. You can try sending the devs a message to check.
