Can't confirm, but I am fairly certain that you don't get a teleport every time you change alliances, only for the first one you join.

No you do not get a new advanced teleport when you change alliances. I had to save up alliance contribution points to buy one or you can buy one with gems or with RL money if you buy a pack 0 0 REPORT
