My level 8 banks all show 5600/hr income but then next to it it says negative 2100. Does anyone know..

My level 8 banks all show 5600/hr income but then next to it it says negative 2100. Does anyone know what would cause the negative?

The negative will be a reduction in the income due to inefficiencies. The banks need a certain level of population to function fully and this may also be affected if you have low power (electricity) production.
