My game somehow got zeroed back to the beginning, I was in it fine and all of a sudden I'm back at the beginning. My account has been bound since the beginning 2 years ago. What do I do?

If you have been launched into a new game (new state, new account) then you can play through the tutorial until you get access to the menu and go to the Settings, Account option to log into your previous bound game again.
If you are still in your same state / game but your progress has been reset then you need to contact the game support to ask them to help you fix this problem.
