The depot is your resource storage. Each resource (food, water etc) will have a depot size. To increase it you need to build and then upgrade the Warehouse buildings for each resource.
Food warehouse is called the Granary, Water warehouse is called the Water Tank, Fuel is the Oils Storage Tank, Electricity is the Power Storage Facility.

Thank you because I thought that I had a depot and had to upgrade it in its self, they should add a depot in a update 3 0 REPORT

For me, when I tried to upgrade the durability, it says that the durability feature has not come out yet, so that might be why.

Upgrade your depot means,Game is trying to give you some resources but your storages are full.
Upgrade your resource storages.
