I have switched for a new phone and cannot get my main base move over, it Is bound to IM30, I believe I do have the correct password. The notice says this email/bass is not bound? I will soon lose my main base forever!! Please help
Was it 'successfully' bound on the old device? When you bind to IM30 you have to confirm the email address by clicking a link in the email they send you.
If it was then you may also be able to reset the password for it in the account screen. Tap on 'Forgot my password' and enter your IM30 email address.
If all else fails then you can contact the game support using the 'Retrieve Lost account' link at the bottom of the account screen.
