I am new to game. When I post asking for alliance help, my requests never leave the queue, until the item is built, and always say 0/0 to mean no-one can help me. I see people at my new level asking for help with 3/4 etc.

I'm having the same issue. Is there a fix for this? Is it a game glitch? Is it a base level thing? Any idea what causes it? Does it clear up on it's own eventually?
