How to build vehicle garage at lvl 7?

In the build menu (Bottom right) tap on the 'Garage' option. The list of buildings will be at the bottom and you can slide to the left and right to see all available buildings. Some will be locked and some only available if you buy them but check each one to see if its ready to be built.
