Go to the alliance and go to technology, there you can pick the donation you want to make. I recommend to always donate electricity and water

Open the alliance menu. Expand the menu icon on the lower left of the screen and tap the alliance menu icon (with the star in the middle). This has all of your alliance optionsSearch for more answers for Last Shelter: Survival or ask your own here.
