I have the same issue. Advance teleport is not working to take me to other state. It gives a notification saying, "You have been registered for 15 days... " I made several attempts but not worked. How can I participate in a kill event if this is the case? Is there any solution? And If have to wait, how long?

The message about being registered for over 15 days suggests you are trying to change state permanently (immigrate) which you cannot do past level 6 or 15 days unless you use the immigration option (when its available for you) and costs money.

To simply visit another state to attack in KE or other event you can use the Teleport option that requires an advanced teleport. (or 2000 diamonds)

When I try to use an advance teleport to go to a state for ke it says I cant because I have been registered for more than 15 days. How can I change that?
