How do I recall my reinforcements?

In the world screen you should see the status of any formations that are out to the top left. There will be a progress bar if they are marching somewhere or just a little wheel if they are stationed somewhere. If they are stationed as reinforcements you should have the option to tap to get them to return.

You should also be able to top on the location where they are stationed and have the option to recall them.
