The consumption says 0 and I have 16 durability. But when I try to rally it keeps saying insufficient..

The consumption says 0 and I have 16 durability. But when I try to rally it keeps saying insufficient durability. Trying to kill choppy. What's the problem?

Not sure why the consumption required says 0, this must be a glitch. You need 20 points of APC durability to rally.
