Occupy land and build honer structures to earn honers. How do you do this?

This is activity done for Doomsday. Your alliance needs to place an Alliance Centre, members build their Honour Buildings around it, then you can take and relase tiles to gain honour, as well as level up those honour buildings. Honour brings you speciality points, which are really important for succeeding in DoomsDay.
