Can you buy wisdom medals with diamonds?

You can't buy wisdom medals directly but you can exchange the duplicate hero medals for them. When you recruit heros any duplicates become hero medals. Use the Exchange option in the Military Academy building to exchange them for wisdom medals.

You usually also get some wisdom medals randomly when recruiting heros.

As you progress some of the Main Tasks that you will get to do will reward you with a large amount of wisdom medals as well.
