Hi guys. My R5 member has terminated the Alliance which was going good and full. The Alliance was year old. How to recover it #899 state?

Unfortunately you cannot recover an alliance that has been disbanded. Your only options would be to start a new one and try to invite back all the players into it. Or to join a different existing alliance.

So our R5 has migrated, can he take the alliance tag with him

Yes they can but you have to wait until the season ends.
