I'm about to enter DD3. I was wondering if we put farm garrison/legion bases around our AC1 (that are in a different alliance than our main), can they be attacked by our opponent during a duel?

Yes they can attack once the garisson base durability gone the opponent can teleport easily.. For me farm is the best for defense.
