You can gain points by conquering the plots at the fields. You have to be NEAR the alliance center.
Gain tiles by slowly conquering from the tiles beside you. It has to be connected to the other tile so you can conquer another tile near. Slowly work your way by completing the quests. harvest first before abandoning the plots to conquer more tiles. Have fun!
