Any idea how to move to another state I'm level 6 please ?

I believe once you are level 6 you can't move to another state any more. You can try by going to the state you want to move to and tap the ground where you want to go. If you have the option then it will let you.

You can only move to another state if it's before base 6 .. do not build your base past 5 if you plan on moving to a diff state. I have 8 bases in 4 different states
