How do I recall my troops? I purchased one march recall.

You have to research it for the troop. If it's researched you can use the item.

Go to the research (institute) and select the research tree for any APC. About half way down is the item for 'Recall Order'. You need to research this for each APC before you can use the option to recall them.

Then you have to purchase a recall token
